Following months of controversy and investigation, High Stakes Poker Productions released the results of its investigation into a hand between well-known high stakes poker player Garrett Adelstein and Robbi Jade Lew. The now infamous "J4 Hand" became international news and fodder for gossip. It also called into question the security of the Hustler Casino Live stream and others like it.
PokerOrg covered the report findings in detail in an earlier report. Those findings indicated there was no direct evidence of cheating during the J4 Hand, but that investigators determined cheating was possible with the set-up at HCL on the date of the stream.
Lew responds to PokerOrg
When the report was released earlier today, Robbi Jade Lew was playing in Day 1C of the 2022 WPT World Championship at the Wynn. PokerOrg's team has been at the Wynn this week. During a quick break, PokerOrg Head of Instant Media caught up with Lew and asked her to respond to the HCL report's findings.
"It was nice to get that final result, but I already knew that was coming. It just feels like a different time in my life now where I can kind of mentally move forward," Lew said.

Following the controversy at HCL, Adelstein stepped away from the game while the investigation played out.
After the release of the report today, Adelstein posted the following two-part thread below, in which he noted both a personal peace in not playing poker since the scandal. In the second part of the thread, Adelstein indicated that if he decides to return to playing, he would be willing to consider playing on the HCL stream again.
