The One Drop Foundation (ODF), together with Resorts World Las Vegas and WPT Foundation, is putting on a $10K charity poker tournament during November's Las Vegas Formula One weekend.

As announced during the summer, Phil Hellmuth will MC the event on November 22, with funds raised going towards the work done by the ODF to provide safe and sustainable drinking water to those without it.

While the event will have a buy-in of $10K, the ODF’s most famous poker events are the $1M buy-in Big One for One Drop tournaments. Antonio Esfandiari, the winner of the $18.3M first-place prize money back in the first 2012 event (pictured above), is confirmed to be taking part in November’s tournament, as is Cirque du Soleil and ODF founder Guy Laliberté.

They’ll be joined by various figures from the world of professional racing, including former Formula One drivers David Coulthard, Martin Brundle and Alex Wurz.

Selected VIP prizes announced

Among the star prizes on offer at this charity event are:

  • VIP packages to both the Singapore Grand Prix (October ‘25) and the Montreal Grand Prix (June ‘25)
  • Private passes for four to the DJ booth during a set by Steve Aoki
  • VIP trips to the AAB FIA Formula E World Championship in 2025
  • Ultra-limited edition Dos Caras hand-numbered Gran Embajador Tequila, valued at $10K+ per bottle

“I am really looking forward to being back at the table with a few poker and F1 legends, and friends, old and new,” said Guy Laliberté. “The intensity of poker and adrenaline of Formula 1 in Las Vegas are a perfect match, especially since the funds raised will support the vital cause of safe water.”
