The 2025 Irish Open is following up a record-breaking 2024 by adding four days to the schedule for what will be the "biggest and richest" poker festival in the Emerald Isle's history.
Players (and Boston Rob) will gather at the Royal Dublin Society in Ballsbridge Dublin for the 45th edition of the event, an action-packed series from April 10 to 21 with a Main Event that guarantees €2.5 million.
Last year's Main Event drew 3,233 entries and the 2025 field is likely to take a shot at setting a record once again. Resident Irishman David Lappin is predicting well over €4 million after a strong showing for satellites throughout the winter and early spring.
Also featured on the schedule is a €1M Mystery Bounty, a new high roller series, and all of the fun you've come to expect off the felt at the award-winning festival.
Huge fields all series long
The rest of the schedule is equally jammed with big guarantees like the Mini Irish Open with its $250 buy-in and $1M prize pool. Last year's edition had 5,320 entries and remains Ireland's largest-ever poker tournament.
Elsewhere, The Hendon Mob Championship and The America's Cup return after setting high attendance marks of their own in 2024.
Mixed game players will have a rotation of new variants on the schedule and player's lounge aficionados can visit The Craic Den, an infamous third place for all players. It's all part of a jam-packed schedule with something for everyone both on and off the felt.
