Michael Mizrachi is running away with the $10K PLO Championship at the WSOP, and there doesn't seem to be anyone who can do anything about it.
The reigning WSOP Main Event champion entered the event's second and third days as its chip leader, and he almost ended the whole thing before we could reach Monday's final table.
What was planned to be a five-handed affair on Day 4 will now be just three, and you'll want to get there early because it may not last very long at all.
It was a slow build to the end-of-night gorefest, with eight players still seated during what was supposed to be the final level of the evening. But the levee broke, and Mizrachi busted four of the five unlucky players in a matter of minutes to leave just three to play on Monday.
Toby Joyce, Raj Vohra, Ian Matakis, Martin Zamani, and Jesse Lonis, who spent some time as chip leader on Day 3, were all gone in the blink of an eye.

Can anyone stop Grinder?
Michael Mizrachi - 40,200,000 (160bb)
Career earnings: $29,347,187
The Grinder is back on tour at the WSOP, where he has seven cashes so far at the 2026 series. None have been particularly notable, save for a sixth-place run in the $10K Stud, but it was only a matter of time before Mizrachi started bashing up poker tournaments.
A win on Monday would be his ninth bracelet, and his first in the PLO format. He would also be the second player this summer to win a ninth bracelet, following Benny Glaser's world-class performance in the PPC.
Can Grinder close it out? Probably. We have no reason to think otherwise. But it's PLO, and anything can happen, even if the thing that will probably happen is a swift Mizrachi victory.
Zurvan Tumboli - 5,600,000 (22bb)
Career earnings: $1,141,717
India's Zurvan Tumboli will need to get to work, but 22 big blinds is enough to make some noise with an early double.
Tumboli has over $1.1M in earnings, mostly from tournaments throughout India and Asia, but he does spend some time at the summer series in Las Vegas.
He's never been this far in a WSOP tournament, let alone against the reigning World Champion, but he will have as good a chance as anyone on Monday.
He has three PLO wins on record, though one was a $300 Bomb Pot event at the WPT stop in Cambodia earlier this year. The first of his other two came in 2022, while his most recent PLO win was in April at Poker Dream 21 in Malaysia.
Will he let the third-placed player make the first move, or will Tumboli go for broke?
Michael Hahn - 4,500,000 (17bb)
Career earnings: $1,777,077
Michael Hahn is the other of the two challengers to face Mount Mizrachi, but he might have the goods.
The Carmel, Indiana native has over $1.7M in career earnings, with a lot of experience in PLO tournaments. His previous best WSOP finish was 14th place in the 2024 $1,500 PLO event, and he's been cashing at Circuit events all over the country for years.
Hahn will need to make some moves early on Monday, and anything can happen, but it's definitely a David vs. David vs. Goliath showdown.
All three players are scheduled to return on Monday at 3:15pm Vegas time to play down to a winner.
