After its success in 2024, the Mediterranean Poker Party (MPP) has announced details of its return to the Merit Royal Diamond in North Cyprus.
From May 3–13, the MPP will take over the resort with an action-packed schedule of events. The highlights of the series, listed below, include the Luxon Pay Grand Final with a $2,200 buy-in and $2M guarantee and the MPP Main Event with a $5,300 buy-in and $5M guarantee. There's also an MPP Mystery Bounty with a $1,100 buy-in and $1M guaranteed.
In 2024, the MPP Main Event smashed its $5M guarantee, attracting a field of 1,260 entrants to generate a prize pool of $6,048,000 with $1M up top for the winner.
Punch your ticket to Cyprus on GGPoker
Once again, online satellites will run via GGPoker and offer players the chance to score their ticket to the MPP on the cheap. Last year, over 170 players laid claim to one of the $10K packages, including the 2024 MPP Main Event winner Azamat Lamkov.
This year, the packages on GGPoker are valued at $12,500 and include buy-ins for the MPP Main Event, Luxon Pay Grand Final, and MPP Mystery Bounty, as well as accommodations for the duration of the festival. Between online and live satellites, over 300 qualifiers are expected to make their way to Cyprus for the Main Event.
