The World Series of Poker Circuit is back in California this week with 18 rings from November 13-26 at Commerce Casino in Los Angeles.
The stop is headlined by a $1,700 Main Event, which will offer three opening flights and a $1 million guarantee from Nov. 21-26. Other big guarantees on the schedule include a $400K Mini Main event on the opening weekend, a $100K $2,200 High Roller, and two Landmark Satellites that give players a chance to score a seat at WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas.
Last time at Commerce...
The last time the WSOP Circuit visited Commerce, 1,467 entries went through the window for inauguar Circuit Main at the storied L.A. card room. The prize pool tipped over $2.2 million and Jessica Vierling took it down for $328K.
Schedule highlights
The series starts on Wednesday, Nov 13 with a $400 Opener and the first flight of the $600 Mini Main. The Mini Main will spread itself out over five flights from Wednesday through Saturday and the surviving players from each flight will return on Sunday.
The $1,100 Mystery Bounty's opening goes on Sunday with a $75K guarantee, along with a $1,400 Bahamas Landmark Satellite. Five seats are guaranteed for the event and players can win a $26,000 entry into the Bahamas Super Main Event and $2,500 for hotel accommodations. The Mystery Bounty offers a second flight on Sunday with a Day 2 return on Monday for players that find a bag.
Tuesday is the start of the $400 MonsterStack with two flights at 10am and 4pm. A third chance is offered on Wednesday at 10 am for that afternoon's Day 2.
The $1,700 Main Event runs its opening flight on Thursday with more chances on Friday and Saturday to get into Sunday's Day 2. They're fighting for a spot at Monday's final table and a big piece of the $1 million guarantee.
Sunday will also feature the second Landmark Satellite, a $2,800 shot at five $26,000 seats in the Bahamas Super Main Event.
The series wraps up over Monday and Tuesday with a $2,200 High Roller on Nov. 25 and a $400 Closer on Nov. 26. Check out a full schedule and the complete collection of structure sheets from WSOP and Commerce.
