The last of the schedules are falling into place for the Las Vegas summer poker scene and ARIA has dropped a big one with 46 trophy events and over $15M in guarantees.
The ARIA Poker Classic, which runs from May 28 to July 13, will feature a flagship $3M BetMGM Championship and two other tournaments with a $1M prize pool.
Last year's edition culminated in a Main Event victory for Daniel Maor, who won over $613K after beating 1,114 entries and Shannon Shorr.
Six-figure guarantees all summer
The series kicks off with a $1,100 Mystery Bounty on May 28 that carries a $250K guarantee. Several tournaments in the $800–$1,000 range lead up to a marquee weekend with a $1,100 BetMGM Mystery Bounty on June 14 that offers a $300K guarantee and a $1,600 BetMGM NLH tourney on June 15 with a $500,000 guarantee.
A two-day $2,200 Mystery Bounty will put up $1M on June 19 and tournaments will run each day until the $1,100 BetMGM Mystery Bounty on another marquee weekend June 29. The $500K prize pool kicks off a weekend with the $3,500 BetMGM Championship, the flagship event of the series. Players have two starting flights on July 1–2 to set up their run for a televised PokerGO final table on July 4.
Another $1M guarantee follows in the footsteps of the Main Event with a $2,200 PLO on July 4–5. The series winds down with tournaments every day until the closing $1,100 Mystery Bounty on July 13.
