In the immediate wake of the launch of its Supersized Sunday, ACR Poker has introduced Must-Play Mondays to its repertoire of weekly tournament offerings.
As of today, April 7, the new weekly Monday schedule features an additional $500,000 in guaranteed prize pools, with the aim of "ensuring the poker action continues after the weekend."
Must-Play Mondays offers players an expanded event schedule with boosted guarantees across a mix of formats including no-limit hold'em, pot-limit Omaha, and Progressive Knockouts, with buy-ins to suit players of all bankroll sizes.
Action all week long
After the Sunday and Monday tournament schedules conclude, players can look forward to Big Poker Thursdays which adds $400,000 in value across 14 events. Big Poker Thursdays run weekly outside of major tournament series and offer players a shot at boosting their bankrolls in preparation for the weekend slate.
“Supersized Sunday was a big hit, and now Must-Play Mondays is the perfect way to keep that energy going,” said ACR Pro, Chris Moneymaker. “Offering bigger guarantees, more tournaments, and buy-ins for every bankroll, this new Monday schedule gives players more opportunities to start their week off strong in what used to be a somewhat boring day.”
$12M GTD Dual Venom tournaments ahead
The Dual Venom tournaments also loom on the horizon at ACR Poker.
With $12M guaranteed between the two events, the first of the starting flights in both the no-limit hold'em and pot-limit Omaha Venom tournaments kick off Sunday, April 13.
Both the NLH and PLO events will offer a total of five starting flights, all starting at 1:05 pm ET:
