Michael Lynn won the trophy and $9,682 after defeating his heads-up opponent, Charles Townsend, who earned $4,197 for his efforts.

Mystery Bounty Day 3, Heads up for rollz, and 8-game madness

It's set to be another busy day at the 2025 Borgata Winter Poker Open with big events starting, continuing, and ending.

The day's marquee event will be the exciting conclusion of Event #12: $1,250 Mirror Mystery Bounty. Charles Cunha leads the final six players into the live-streamed final table that kicks off at 2 PM. They all have $11,232 locked up but they will be battling for the remaining top bounty of $20K and the top prize of over $66K. Don't miss any of the action on the BetMGM Youtube Channel.

The following eight players will be returning for the round of eight in Event #15: $2,500 Heads Up Championship at 11:15 PM: Christopher Aiello, Travis Greenawalt, Myles Mullaly, Tanupat Punjarojanakul, Nicholas Pupillo, Steven Sarmiento, Anthony Serino, and Eric Yanovsky. They will then play the round of four at about 4:15 PM and finally play the live streamed final heads-up match on the BetMGM Yourtube channel after the completion of the Mystery Bounty.

If you are not one of the lucky players returning to the Borgata for a Day 2, the $400 Almighty Million will run the final two flights of the event at 11:15 AM and 6:15 PM. This tournament has already attracted a whopping 2,100 runners, with 327 having already punched their ticket to day 2. 

Finally, if you wanna mix things up a bit and get away from that boring two-card game, Event #17: $500 8-Game Mix Championship kicks off at 1:15 PM and plays all the HORSE games along with NLH, PLO, and 2-7 triple draw. This is another shot to get those precious leaderboard points and a sweet baby Borgata Trophy.

The last thing for the day will be two milestone qualifiers for the $3,500 BWPO Championship, which starts in a few days. There will be a $770 milestone qualifier at 3:15 and a $220 qualifier at 7:15, with 15 seats guaranteed.

Almighty Millions 1D at second break of day, SHORE has 20 left

Event 12 - Almighty Million 1D

The 6:15 pm flight of the Almighty Million has almost 400 entrants after eight levels of play. Registration remains open through the start of Level 13 and the day will end after Level 17.

SHORE Championship

The $500 SHORE Championship drew 69 entrants an at Level 16 there 20 players remaining in the field. Only the top nine earn a cash, so it looks like another long night for the Mixed Game crowd.
