If you cashed in the WSOP last summer you could grab yourself some serious extra $$$ with a winning run in the Bahamas next month, courtesy of GGPoker’s ‘WSOP Paradise Parlay’.

GGPoker is offering some significant bonus prizes to players who cash in the upcoming WSOP Paradise festival, so long as they already made money in live WSOP Las Vegas events earlier this year. And with prizes up to $100,000 to be had, it's fair to say this is more than just a little icing on the cake.

Here’s how to qualify and get your mitts on the cash:

  • Cash 10 times (incl. at least once at WSOP Paradise) for $5,000
  • Make three final tables (incl. at least one at WSOP Paradise) for $25,000
  • Win two bracelets (incl. at least one at WSOP Paradise) for $100,000

To players’ relief, GGPoker has confirmed that funds will come from existing marketing budgets rather than any tournament prize pools.

A bid to poach WPT players?

The announcement of such enormous incentives for previous winners has led to speculation that WSOP Paradise is currently undersubscribed. WSOP events are scheduled to run from December 3-15, putting the Bahamas-based poker festival in direct competition with the WPT World Championship festival at Wynn Las Vegas.

Naturally, if the subtext is that WSOP Paradise may be offering tournaments with overlays, that can only help to stir up more interest among players with a good eye for extra value. But the most interested are obviously those closest to meeting the criteria, such as WSOP mainstay Christian Harder.
