  • Bad Beats Thread

    Hello fellow ORG-ophiles!

Let me start by saying This thread is not the place to post a request for a password, do not post that question.

Post your bad beat story here and we will all commiserate, if you can post pictures that would be great!

Short stack goes all in with 62o. I call with pocket K. They catch the 6 on flop and 2 on river.

Same day different tournaments, lost AKs vs. A3o, AQs vs. Q9o, and AA vs. AKo. After that last one, I called it a day. Build up big stacks playing decent poker. Lose all of the all in preflop hands.

I call em "Donk-Mines". The field in freeroll, low Buy-In tournaments are FULL OF THEM. I keep working my strategy to get through these fields, the closer you get to the bubble, the less and less you see them. Reminds me of routine patrol in war torn Baghdad back when I was in the Army. Good luck with em! Give em hell!

I bet enough to tell him I had it on the flop (or at least I thought), On the flop I had 97.99% probability of winning. I guess he had too many chips to care and won with the worst starting hand in poker.
