    On Monday, May 20th we will begin the first phase of our new software launch on the network. To ensure that this transition goes smoothly for you, it’s essential that you know your email address and password to log into your account.


    If your registered email address is not updated, please CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE before Monday to have it changed. Some services within the poker client may be temporarily unavailable.

      Hello guys! Americas Cardroom will be temporarily unavailable today, Monday, May 20th until 3:00pm ET as we release the latest version of our software.

                Important: if the software does not work, please delete the old version (make sure to delete all the files related to it) then reinstall the new one. Regarding the personal information, it's a display issue, we are currently working on it. All the information is safe. About the HUDS, as you may know, our software configuration changed so this totally depends on your provider. Regarding the tournaments schedule, our tournaments department is currently working on it, soon as possible all the tournaments, freerolls and cash games we previously had and new ones (coming soon, will disclose more details), we will have them back. Sportsbook is going to be back as soon as possible. Regarding the Cashier (withdrawals-deposits) our Tech department is currently working on it. About the reset password, please contact directly with CS support here. If you are having issues with the current tournaments lagging or something related or login issues, please contact directly with the CS department. You can follow Live updates here with JJ Corrado. We will provide more details as we keep on moving ahead.

                  I removed the old version from my computer and downloaded the new version, it seems to start okay, but I can't login. It says my login or password is incorrect. I tried it 3 times, I am very sure it should be correct. https://gyazo.com/57d5f2bf638ec8b745b7b0080a8f92f0

                    They said that passwords and logins are not working but should be restored in about an hour.

                              I would like to know if the absence of the table pop up feature for the next hand to act is due to a glitch or is this gonna actually be a characteristic of the new software. This pop up feature makes it possible for most players to multi table which is nothing but a huge plus for your bottom line. I highly encourage WPN to make sure this feature is brought back. I will not play one of your competitors due to their software not having this pop up feature. I have tried to multi table with this competitor and I just cant keep up with it all. This may be a non issue and you guys may be dealing with fixing this problem now but just thought I should say something while all of the tweaking is in progress. Thanks
