My first WSOP Main Event final table was the year that Jonathan Duhamel won. It was 2010, and it ended up being Jonathan Duhamel and John Racener heads-up.
The whole thing was such a spectacle. They set it up like a UFC fight. So each of the final nine picked a song, and they came out to their song, but it felt like there was just so much drama. And it was this time, you know, like, courtesy of the Scandies, thank you folks, where it was just like, you know, four, five, six-bet shoves. The poker was just kind of crazy and fun.
And I can specifically remember a few hands with John Dolan and Joseph Cheong. Joseph Cheong, I want to say it was A-4, but it was just really interesting poker. And there were so many spots where there were just, like, coolers and crazy turns and rivers where everyone was like, "I can't believe it!". It just felt for me, it was the most entertaining. What do you guys think?
