Should poker dealers be allowed to keep their own tips?

Yes!

I think this encourages dealers to really get after it. Not to say that dealers aren't trying, but sometimes it can be frustrating and demotivating when you have to split tips with a large number of dealers in the room.

I also imagine getting tossed a bit of a bigger tip than usual some days can turn a bad day around.

On the other hand, it can be super discouraging for less experienced dealers on rough days. It's a tough and highly-debated topic, but ultimately I feel as though there are more pros than cons here.

What do you all think?
