Everybody in poker claims to be not superstitious, but almost everyone in poker is superstitious.
If there is a weird little misdeal in a hand, that is a red flag to me. If somebody bumps my chair in the middle of a hand--weird! Weird for me. I play with caution. I won't walk across the foul line on my way out into the field. That sort of thing.
