Step away from the casinos and explore some of Las Vegas’ diverse museums. Start your journey at the Mob Museum, located in the historic downtown area. Discover the captivating story of organized crime in America through interactive exhibits and artefacts, immersing yourself in the underworld culture of the 20th century.
Next, venture to the Atomic History Museum to delve into the intriguing legacy of the atomic age. Learn about Nevada's pivotal role in nuclear testing and its impact on global history through informative displays and engaging multimedia presentations.

For a nostalgic dose of entertainment, head to the Pinball Hall of Fame, where you can play a vast collection of vintage pinball machines and arcade games. It's a nostalgic journey through gaming history that's sure to delight visitors of all ages.
Bonus! My favorite local places to eat:
- Luv-it Frozen Custard - Nestled inconspicuously beneath the towering presence of the Stratosphere, you'll find an unexpected gem. Despite its unassuming exterior – a weathered blue-and-white building – this establishment has been delighting taste buds since 1973. Consistently voted the best in Vegas, its creamy goodness keeps patrons coming back for more.
- Pop’s Philly Steaks – Come to POP'S for the BEST cheesesteak in Vegas! Located at 501 S. Decatur Blvd. on the southeast corner of Alta and Decatur, the distinct A-frame building is hard to miss.
- Farm Basket – I am a bit biased on this next one as my family loved it so much my brother bought the business. For over 50 years, Farm Basket has been a beloved local spot in Las Vegas. They serve delicious fried turkey and chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers and my favorite, Farm Fries!
