Not much nearby that’ll blow your hair back, but for nothing-special comfort food in a strip mall, there’s Grinders (American/diner), Los Andes (Brazilian), and Thai Blossom Bistro (wait for it: Thai). And while I haven’t yet taken the dive, I’m told the food at bestbet (especially the sushi) ain't half bad. That’s second-hand intel, though, so order at your own risk.

Catacorner from the cardroom is 4 Rivers Smokehouse, a Florida chain with pretty good BBQ by Florida standards. Naturally, anyone from Austin or Kansas City or any other BBQ hotspot will scoff, but when you're on the road, pulled pork beggars can’t be pulled pork choosers.
bestbet St. Augustine
Not much within spitting distance apart from a half-decent taco shop (Taco’s Queen) an exit north up I-95. Failing that, you’ll need to hit up downtown St. Augustine for a wider selection (e.g. Spanish food at Columbia Restaurant).
