When it comes to tipping cashiers, I leave a few dollars for the cashier when I cash out. On those unfortunate days where there’s no chips to cash out, I go into my wallet for $5. When you’ve gotten walloped for $2k, what’s another $5?
I also tip chip runners and janitorial staff, if they come clean up my side table. One player has told me that I attract those employees like ants to a picnic, because they know I’ll tip them. He’s not as happy as I am.
